Deposits:
Each registration requires a $50 deposit. If you register and choose
to pay with a credit card, your total deposit amount will be charged
immediately. If you register and choose to pay with
a check, we must receive a check for your total deposit amount within
30 days. If we do not receive your deposit within 30 days, we will
drop all outstanding registrations for your church.
Deposits may not be transferred to another church and are non-refundable after midnight on April 3, 2009. If you need to drop any registrations before midnight on April 3, 2009, your deposit will be rolled over to your outstanding balance. On or after April 4, 2009, your deposit will not be applied to any balance and will remain non–refundable.
The $50 deposit is to cover expenses involved with your church registration. These expenses include deposits to the location, promotional and marketing materials, website maintenance, mailing materials, postage, and the contents of the leadership packet.
Final Payment:
Final payments are due by May 1, 2009, for June camps and by June 1, 2009, for July camps.
Registrations after the above dates will require the camp fee paid in full.
You may pay by check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover).
Camp price per person is based on the date of registration. The Early
Bird Rate ends at midnight on January 30, 2009. Any registrations received on or after January 31, 2009 will be charged the regular rate. Please check specific camp locations
for pricing.
Cancellations for June Camps:
If you cancel by midnight on May 1, 2009, you will only lose the $50 deposit for cancelled spots. If you cancel on or after May 2, 2009, you are responsible for the entire camp fee for every registration. We will not make any exceptions.
Cancellations for July Camps:
If you cancel by midmight on June 1, 2009, you will only lose the $50 deposit for cancelled spots. If you cancel on or after June 2, 2009, you are responsible for the entire camp fee for every registration. We will not make any exceptions.
